Tee Times:
*9 to 19 players: Monday – Sunday: 1 month
in advance. Sign an outing agreement.
*20+ players: Monday – Sunday: 3 months in
advance. Sign an outing agreement.
Shotgun Start:
*12 to 44 players: Monday Sunday:
6 months in advance 9 hole shotgun, check with
Head Golf Professional for start times. Sign an
outing agreement.
45 + players: Monday Sunday:1 year
in advance - Sign an outing agreement.
Outing Golf Packages Include:
* Registration and prize table
* Greens fees and cart for 18 holes
* Printed cart signs and scorecards
* Scoreboard and scoring service
* Pairing sheets prepared alphabetically
and by hole
* Printed tournament rules sheet for golf cart
* Closest to the pin and long drive signs
Unlimited range balls (1 hour prior to start)
* 12 to 79 player outings only receive these items.
100+ outings receive everything listed above.
Packages can be customized for an additional per
person charge to include gift certificates, etc.
Driving Range
Unlimited range balls can be provided 1 hour
prior to the start of play for an additional charge
of $2.00 per person. Driving range is included in
the price for 100+ tournaments.
Sponsor/Tee Signs
One 11X17 printed color tee signs for
$5.00 per sign/sponsor. Maximum of 30 signs/sponsors.
One sign placed on tee or green on the course by
golf course staff. Sign and Sponsor information
must be supplied two days in advance of the tournament.
Food & Beverage:
Please check with the Head Golf Professional for
food and beverage options. $5.00 corkage fee per
player will be added if outside vendors are used.
Inclement Weather Policies For Outings:
Scenario
I: It is raining, the golf course is open and
the Event Sponsor chooses to proceed with the Tournament.
Payment in full for the guaranteed number
of golfers must be made prior to the start of the
Tournament. If the weather is consistent throughout
the day, then no rain checks will be issued. However,
if the weather changes for the worse during the
Tournament, then rain checks will be issued at the
discretion of the Head Golf Professional.
Scenario
II: It is raining and the golf course is closed.
Every effort will be made by the Head Golf Professional
to schedule another date for the Tournament.
Scenario
III: The extended forecast is calling for inclement
weather the entire day. The Event Sponsor will call
the golf course Head Golf Professional who shall
have the final decision on whether the Event will
be held or not.
Scenario
IV: Delay the start time to see if the weather
improves. If the weather improves, payment must
be made in full. Once the tournament begins and
it starts to rain again, rain checks will be issued
based on the number of holes played. Head Golf Professional
shall make the final decision.
